Custom invitation costs vary, starting at $500+ for Save the Dates and $1200+ for full Invitation Suites. Factors such as design complexity, illustration requirements, amount of colors printed (for letterpress), and special embellishments influence pricing. To obtain a quote, kindly complete our wedding questionnaire.

Please note that for letterpress printing, a minimum order quantity of 50 per piece applies due to material and printing plate expenses. Smaller orders can be taken on, but the pricing will remain the same as 50 for smaller quantities.

When should you get in touch with us? As soon as you can! Even if you haven’t fully decided on inspiration or colors, reaching out early lets you secure a spot on our schedule and recieve a quote (good for 30 days). We take on a limited number of custom weddings each year, so booking in advance is key. Special finishes may extend production time, and intricate illustrations can add to design time. Standard invitation suites take 8-12 weeks to complete, while more complex designs and production methods may require more time.

1. We have a call/meeting to discuss your wedding, and provide a quote.

2. Once we receive a signed contract and deposit, we begin the initial design.

3. We provide 3 unique initial designs based on our discussion. As well as embellishment mockups. This is then emailed in the form of a pdf presentation for your consideration.

4. You supply your feedback, tell us what you like, what you don’t? Typefaces, illustration style, layouts and colors usually are decided upon during this round.

5. We provide the first set of revisions, in the form of a pdf.

6. You supply more feedback.

7. We provide a second set of revisions.

8. You supply more feedback to get the final design locked in and approved.

9. We send the designs into production, print and order all of the pieces.

Local events - 6 months before your wedding

Destination weddings: 8-12 months in advance

Wedding Invitations:

Local events - 6-8 weeks before your wediding date

Destination weddings: 2-4 months in advance
